精準(zhǔn)定量DNA Marker VI

● 產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:
本產(chǎn)品是由6條帶狀雙鏈DNA條帶組成,適用于瓊脂糖凝膠電泳中DNA條帶的分析。產(chǎn)品中已含有1×loading buffer,可根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)需要,直接取2-5μl電泳,使用方便,電泳圖像清晰。6條帶的大小分別為250,1000,2500,5000,7000,10000bp。其中2500bp條帶含量為100ng/5μl,顯示加亮帶,其余條帶濃度為50ng/5μl。
● 儲(chǔ)存條件:
4℃ 貯存6個(gè)月(-20℃貯存一年)。
● 使用方法:
1. 取2-5μl本產(chǎn)品加入到瓊脂糖凝膠的加樣孔中就行電泳。
注:根據(jù)電泳梳子的厚度和寬度確定上樣量。每1mm×1mm(厚度×寬度)加樣孔上樣1μl;窄齒梳子(一般為1mm×2mm)上樣2μl;寬齒梳子(一般為1mm×5mm)上樣5μl。如果使用厚齒梳子或?qū)捰?/span>5mm的梳子,可以適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。
2. 建議電泳條件:凝膠濃度為1.0%,凝膠長(zhǎng)度5-7cm,電泳電壓4-10v/cm,電泳時(shí)間25-30分鐘。
3. 通過(guò)EB染色后紫外燈下觀察條帶。
注:如果使用Goldview等染料就行染色,由于靈敏度比EB低,請(qǐng)酌情增加Marker的上樣量。
● 注意事項(xiàng):
1. 瓊脂糖的質(zhì)量對(duì)DNA的電泳有很大影響,電泳時(shí)請(qǐng)盡量使用質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)等的瓊脂糖。
2. 請(qǐng)使用新鮮配制的電泳緩沖液和新鮮配制的瓊脂糖凝膠進(jìn)行電泳,以保證Marker良好的分離效果。
3. 該Marker適用于DNA片段大小的確定和對(duì)DNA含量的精確定量。使用DNA Marker產(chǎn)品發(fā)表部分文章列表:
