說明書

      注:配制好的蛋白Marker-20℃保存,有效期為12個(gè)月。

產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介:

   本產(chǎn)品包含6種已知分子量的凍干標(biāo)準(zhǔn)蛋白質(zhì)組成,每種蛋白質(zhì)含量約為40微克。分子量范圍為14.4-97.4 kD,可以用來判斷 SDS-PAGE未知蛋白的分子量。

使用說明:

1. 低分子量蛋白干粉混合物開封后加入200 μl  1×變性蛋白上樣緩沖液中,徹底溶解后-20℃貯存。

2. 使用方法:

2.1 使用前置于常溫融化后,徹底混勻,95加熱5分鐘后上樣。

注:上樣量根據(jù)膠的厚度和梳子的寬度確定。一般說來,0.75mm×5mm(厚度×寬度)的加樣孔上樣10 μl,其他規(guī)格梳子請(qǐng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整上樣量。

2.2 本產(chǎn)品為非預(yù)染Marker,電泳結(jié)束后,需要染色,觀察結(jié)果。

注:使用銀染時(shí),由于靈敏度高于考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色方法,可以適當(dāng)降低Marker上樣量。
